Our Mission

vanMission Statement:

The purpose of the Waterbury Area Senior Citizens Association is to enrich the lives of older persons by providing services and activities that sharpen the minds and improve the physical and emotional health of its members and help keep them active and involved in the life of the community. 

Served each Monday through Friday at noon. There is no cost for persons aged 60 and older, although donations of $4.50 are appreciated. Other visitors/family members of any age are welcome and there is a $7.50 fee for lunch. Reservations are desirable but not necessary. If you need a ride to the Senior Center for lunch, please call 802-244-1234. 

This delivery program is based at the Senior Center. Meals-on-Wheels operates Monday through Friday with lunch deliveries throughout the community to homebound seniors. Applications are available at the Center, or online here:

Exercise Class
Monday through Friday 9 am -10 am. Free to members. 

Health Programs
Intermittently available: foot care clinics, flu shot clinics, blood pressure clinic, and health screenings. 

Every Wednesday morning 9 am to 11 am.

Bus trips to historical cultural and recreational venues. Shopping trips to Barre, Burlington and West Lebanon are peridocally offered.

Computers with Internet access are available for use.

Each Spring Tax Assistance is provided at the center for those interested.
